- Shipping is free on all of our mirrors. Mirrors under 30x40 size are shipped via FedEx. Mirrors 30x40 and over are freighted. Because of their size and weight, oversized mirrors cannot be shipped outside the continental U.S. at this time. For custom arrangements, please call Customer Service at 877-791-7227.
- Privacy & Security
- We value our customers tremendously. Any and all information collected on this site is for the sole purpose of providing the best shopping experience possible. We never at any time, under any circumstances, share/sell/swap customer information with anyone anywhere.
- Returns & Replacements
- We offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our mirrors. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 30 days. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. If the return is the result of our error, we'll pay the original and return shipping. Original processing fees are non-refundable, except for damaged or defective merchandise. A return received after 30 days qualifies for merchandise credit or exchange only. Deliver refusal for any reason other than damage, defect or mis-shipment may result in a 25% service fee.

- At the PerfectMirror.net, we are continually striving to make ordering as easy as possible. For your convenience, you can order online, by fax, by mail order, or by phone. Fax and phone orders can be placed by calling or faxing Customer Service at 1-877-791-7227.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Customers can currently pay using most available methods including credit card, debit card, PayPal, Amazon Checkout, Google Checkout, and personal check. When paying by personal check, the check will be held for a minimum of 10 days before the mirror(s) will ship. We also run special promotions from time to time, so please check back with us often to view our specials!
- Viewing Orders
- You can view your order any time by logging in with your account information and checking the "view order" button.
- Updating Account Information
- You can update your account information at any time by logging in to the site and going to the "update account" section.
